Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. The promotion runs from January 1, 2010 to November 30, 2010 with the winner to be drawn January 3, 2011 at the CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. office.
    
2. One entry will be submitted for the owner of each property listed with CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. on MLS® (Multiple Listing Service) for a period of no less than 6 months.  In case of multiple owners only one entry will be given.  Listings must meet CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. real estate guidelines.
    
3. One entry will be submitted for the Buyer who buys any listing through CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd.  A Buyer who buys a CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. listing through another agency will not be eligible for entry.
    
4. For purchases, all offers must be made between January 1, 2010 and November 30, 2010 and completion/registration must take place on or before December 31, 2010 at 5:00 pm (pacific time).  Entries will only be issued when a property closes.  Any amendments or extensions on offers made before January 1, 2010 are not eligible for entry.
    
5. If a listing is withdrawn during the 1st term of the listing agreement, the contest entry will also be withdrawn.
    
6. The prize must be booked and travel must occur before December 31, 2011.  The winners are asked to contact the Travel Agency to be named by CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. as soon as possible to arrange an introduction meeting.  This Travel Agency will provide professional counseling to ensure the winner enjoys the best value for their Viva Las Vegas travel plans.
    
7. Winner(s) must agree to have their name(s) and likeness used for promotional purposes by CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd.
    
8. The winning voucher must be enjoyed as awarded.
    
9. The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold.
    
10. The prize has no cash value.
     
11. The winner(s) may choose to extend or alter their travel plans at their own expense.
     
12. The winner(s) must purchase trip cancellation insurance to ensure all involved are covered, should the trip need to be cancelled after it is booked.
     
13. Should the trip cost less than $1,200.00 (taxes included) CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. may choose to hold the balance on account for future use by the winner(s) within one year of winning or give the unused balance in cash.
     
14. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply, subject to space availability.
     
15. Promotion is not open to staff and immediate family (spouse, children, siblings, parents & grandparents) of REALTORS® of CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd.
     
16. CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. reserves the right to revise any rules or regulations if required.
     
17. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries; odds are estimated at 1 in 200.
     
18. One (1) prize of flight (return Vancouver to Las Vegas), three (3) nights' accommodations for two (2) persons.  Value not to exceed $1,200.00.  To be awarded in each office of CENTURY 21 Lakeside Realty Ltd. - Sorrento and Scotch Creek (total: 2 prizes). Insurance, meals and spending money not included.
